Only new servers need a subscription.
You need an active plan to create new servers or copy existing ones. Resizing and expanding work for 60 days after your plan expires. Everything else is permanent.
60-day grace for scaling.
When your subscription ends, resize and expand continue working for 60 more days. Start, stop, delete, and backup are not affected. They work forever.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Community plan is free. It covers up to 2 servers, 500 server setups per month, and backup restores. No credit card needed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 17%, equivalent to 2 months free. All paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and support invoice-based billing for annual Enterprise plans.
How are machines counted?
Each physical or virtual server where Rediacc is installed counts as one machine. Instant copies made on those machines don't count separately. Only the host machines are counted.
Does Rediacc run on my own servers?
Yes. Rediacc runs on any Linux server with btrfs (an open-source storage system built into Linux) support. Physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hetzner, OVH, etc.) are all supported.
What is the difference between Community and Professional?
The free plan covers 2 machines. You get server copies on demand, backup restores, and community support. The paid plan covers 5 machines. It adds timed backups, 24-hour backup records, faster support, and API access.
What does Enterprise pricing include?
Look, Enterprise is built for your setup. You choose the terms. You get your own server space, a custom recovery promise, and 24/7/365 support. Plus safety reviews and regular drills.
