Your Infrastructure. Your Rules.
Rediacc licenses are designed so you're never locked in. Here's what that means in practice.
Your apps keep running forever.
Start, stop, and delete. These always work, even years after your subscription ends. Your data is always accessible on your own machines.
Full access to your tools.
Your operating tools keep working. SSH access. Remote editing. Every management command. No license ever needed.
Only new servers need a subscription.
You need an active plan to create new servers or copy existing ones. Resizing and expanding work for 60 days after your plan expires. Running your servers is permanent.
60-day grace for scaling.
When your subscription ends, resize and expand continue working for 60 more days. Start, stop, and delete are not affected. They work forever.
Unlimited machines. Pay only when adding new ones.
A Floating license is only used when you create or copy a server. Your normal work never takes up a license. Licenses free up after 5 hours with no action, so a single Floating license still covers many machines over time. No per-machine fees, ever.
40-day buffer when your server hardware changes.
Every server license is tied to the machine it was set up for. When your hosting provider moves your server to different hardware, the machine identity changes. Your licenses keep working for 40 days. The next check-in automatically updates to the new machine. No downtime, no manual steps.
If Rediacc doesn't work for you, we'll help you migrate back.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Professional and Business both start with a 14-day free trial. The first charge only lands when the trial ends, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you cancel, your account falls back to the free Community plan, which keeps one machine running with 10 GB per repository and 100 setups a month.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. Both paid plans ask for a card at signup so the trial can roll into a subscription. You are not charged until the 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to paying monthly. Both paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and support invoice-based billing for Enterprise plans.
How are machines counted?
Each physical or virtual server where Rediacc is installed counts as one machine. Instant copies made on those machines don't count separately. Only the host machines are counted.
Does Rediacc run on my own servers?
Yes. Rediacc runs on any Linux server with btrfs (an open-source storage system built into Linux) support. Physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hetzner, OVH, etc.) are all supported.
How many machines does each plan cover?
Every self-serve plan includes one machine (one Floating license). If you need to run Rediacc on more than one machine, that is an Enterprise setup sold through our partners. Get in touch and we'll size it with you.
What is the difference between Community and Professional?
Community is the free fallback plan: one machine, 10 GB per repository, 100 setups a month, and community support. Professional is a paid plan with a 14-day free trial: one machine, 100 GB per repository, 2,000+ setups a month, automated scheduling, 24-hour restore history, faster support, and API access.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is built for your setup and sold through our partners. You choose the terms, run across multiple machines, and get your own server space, a custom recovery promise, and 24/7/365 support. Plus security reviews and regular drills.
Do you offer discounts for education or nonprofits?
Yes. Email us. Schools and nonprofits get special pricing.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel during the 14-day trial and you are never charged. Cancel a paid plan later and you keep its features until the end of the billing period, then your account falls back to the free Community plan. Your repositories keep running the whole time.
