Effective Date: February 1, 2026
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Rediacc ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies on our website www.rediacc.com. We are committed to transparency about the technologies we use and your options for controlling them.
4. What We Don't Use
We believe in privacy by default. The following technologies are not used on our website:
- Tracking cookies — We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracking cookies
- Third-party cookies — No external services set cookies on our website
- Advertising cookies — We do not serve or track advertisements
- Fingerprinting — We do not use browser or device fingerprinting techniques
Note: This Cookie Policy applies to the Rediacc marketing website. Our software products (Web Application, CLI, Middleware, Bridge) collect separate usage telemetry that does not use cookies. For details on product telemetry, see our Telemetry Policy.
5. Our Analytics Approach
We use Plausible Analytics for understanding website usage. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that:
Because Plausible is cookieless and does not collect personal data, it is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring user consent.
- Does not use cookies of any kind
- Does not collect personal data or personally identifiable information
- Does not track users across websites or sessions
- Is hosted in the EU and is fully GDPR-compliant
- Provides only aggregated, anonymous metrics (page views, referral sources, browser types, country-level location)
In addition to website analytics, our software products collect anonymized usage telemetry through OpenTelemetry-based instrumentation. This is separate from website analytics, does not use cookies, and is detailed in our Telemetry Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism as required by law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date.
