Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
1. Introduction
Rediacc ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.rediacc.com and the Rediacc infrastructure automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. The categories of data we collect depend on how you interact with us.
2.1 Contact Form Data
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject of inquiry, and message content. This data is sent directly to our email address and is not stored in a database on our servers.
2.2 Account Data
When you create a Rediacc account to use our platform, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and billing information. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers.
2.3 Analytics Data
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Analytics data includes page views, referral sources, browser type, and country-level location — all without identifying individual visitors.
2.5 Product Telemetry Data
Our software products (Web Application, CLI, Middleware, and Bridge) collect anonymous usage telemetry to improve product quality, performance, and reliability. Telemetry data includes technical information such as application version, operating system, browser type, performance metrics, feature usage patterns, and error reports. Personal identifiers are anonymized before collection — email addresses are reduced to domain only, user IDs are hashed and truncated, and passwords or secrets are never collected.
Telemetry is enabled by default in our Web Application and CLI, and can be disabled in all products. For complete details on what each product collects and how to opt out, see our Telemetry Policy.
2.4 Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (rediacc_lang) to remember your language preference across visits. This cookie is strictly necessary for the website to function as expected and does not track you or collect personal data. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Rediacc platform
- To process transactions and send related billing information
- To send service-related communications (e.g., security updates, maintenance notices)
- To understand website usage patterns through aggregated, anonymous analytics
- To diagnose errors, improve product performance, and guide product development through anonymized usage telemetry (see our Telemetry Policy)
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), bound by contractual obligations to protect your data
- Plausible Analytics for cookieless, anonymized website analytics (no personal data is shared)
- Telemetry processing — anonymized product usage data is transmitted to our own telemetry endpoint within the EU for aggregation and analysis. No telemetry data is shared with third parties (see our Telemetry Policy)
- Law enforcement if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain correspondence records. Account data is retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days after account deletion to allow for recovery. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Plausible analytics data is aggregated and does not contain personal data, so data retention policies do not apply to it.
Product telemetry data is retained as raw traces for up to 90 days for debugging purposes. Aggregated telemetry metrics are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. For details, see our Telemetry Policy.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes
- Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data
- Opt-out of telemetry: Disable product telemetry at any time using the mechanisms described in our Telemetry Policy
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
