Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to Rediacc platform subscriptions and professional services. We want you to be satisfied with our services, and we handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
2. Platform Subscriptions
Rediacc offers multiple subscription tiers for our infrastructure automation platform. The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:
2.1 Free Tier
The Community tier is free forever and does not require payment information. No refund applies as there is no charge.
2.2 Paid Tiers
Paid subscriptions (Team, Business, and Enterprise tiers, ranging from $349 to $2,100+/month) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Because these services are delivered digitally and resources are provisioned immediately upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- First 14 days: If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund. This applies to your first subscription only.
- Service outage: If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) not caused by scheduled maintenance, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong tier), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription, except within the 14-day window for first-time subscribers.
3. Professional Services
Rediacc offers professional services including architecture reviews, migration assistance, custom integration development, and dedicated support, billed at hourly rates ($400–$1,200/hr depending on the service package). The following refund terms apply:
- Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before any work has been performed
- During engagement: You will be billed only for hours worked. Any unused prepaid hours will be refunded
- Quality disputes: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue first; if resolution is not possible, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion
- Minimum engagement: Some service packages have a minimum commitment. Cancellation before the minimum period may incur a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The subscription or service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant order or invoice numbers
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Refunds for annual subscriptions paid by wire transfer may take up to 30 business days to process.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day new subscriber window
- Usage-based charges (e.g., overage fees) for resources already consumed
- Professional services hours that have already been delivered and accepted
- Account reactivation fees
- Charges resulting from your violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
