Only new servers need a subscription.
An active plan is needed to create new servers or copy existing ones. Resizing and expanding work for 60 days after a plan expires. Running servers is permanent.
60-day grace for scaling.
When a subscription ends, resize and expand continue working for 60 more days. Start, stop, and delete are not affected. They work forever.
Unlimited machines. Pay only when adding new ones.
A Floating license is only used to create or copy a server. Normal work never takes up a license. Licenses free up after 5 hours with no action, so a single Floating license still covers many machines over time. No per-machine fees, ever.
40-day buffer when server hardware changes.
Every server license is tied to the machine it was set up for. When a hosting provider moves a server to different hardware, the machine identity changes. Licenses keep working for 40 days. The next check-in automatically updates to the new machine. No downtime, no manual steps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Rediacc run on my own servers?
Yes. Rediacc runs on any Linux server with btrfs (an open-source storage system built into Linux) support. Physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hetzner, OVH, etc.) are all supported.
How are machines counted?
Each physical or virtual server where Rediacc is installed counts as one machine. Instant copies made on those machines don't count separately. Every self-serve plan covers one machine (one Floating license). Running on more than one machine, including every node of a cluster, is an Enterprise setup sold through our partners, and the node count is agreed at order time.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise is built to fit and sold through our partners. Terms are negotiable, workloads run across multiple machines, and it includes dedicated server space, a custom recovery promise, and 24/7/365 support. Plus security reviews and regular drills.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Professional and Business both start with a 14-day free trial. Both ask for a card at signup so the trial can roll into a subscription, and the first charge only lands when the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
How does billing work?
Both paid plans bill monthly or annually, and annual billing saves 15%. Plans can change at any time: upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle, and there are no penalties or fees. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Enterprise plans can be invoiced.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel during the 14-day trial and no charge ever lands. Cancel a paid plan later and its features stay until the end of the billing period, then the account falls back to the free Community plan. Repositories keep running the whole time.
