Honest answers
- Is it really lifetime?
- Yes. The grant lives in your subscription record with no expiry and no auto-downgrade. If we ever need to change that, we will email every Design Partner first. We have not done it. We have no plans to.
- What if Rediacc shuts down?
- Then your account stops working — same as anyone else. The lifetime promise is the lifetime of the company. We are pre-customer; this is the honest risk you are taking.
- Are there strings attached?
- No paywalls, no contracts, no auto-billing. The only ask is the light-touch feedback above. You can ignore us. We will not revoke your plan.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can stay on BUSINESS forever, or move to Enterprise if you outgrow the limits. Going up is normal billing; the lifetime perk applies only to BUSINESS.
- How long is the program open?
- Until we close it. We will not announce the close ahead of time, so today is a fine day to sign up. Existing Design Partners keep their plan whatever happens.
